We will have a demonstration at 6:00pm and then a full hour of Nia Delight.

Nia Metamorphosis - Building Confidence With Art of Movement

This is a Nia Playshop that focuses on building and strengthening confidence in Women of All Ages, All Walks of Life.
There are three stages to the Nia Metamorphosis Class.
The Caterpillar- Nia Participants will be given skills to defy negative self-image. Visualize this stage as the caterpillar remaining focused and not getting caught up in the dirt i.e. trials and tribulations.
The Cocoon - When the Nia Metamorphosis begins: Nia Instructors will cue Nia Participants to find their inner potential and practice it through Nia Music, Movements and Sounding.
The Butterfly - Becoming the beautiful butterfly that you are! Moving with confidence, strength and grace.
Building confidence takes practice and the Nia Technique gives practitioners the opportunity to practice confidence through movement, dance, martial arts and healing arts. Nia gives the practitioner the opportunity to be passionate and in love with their lives. This is the beauty of Nia ~ Through Movement We Find Health.

2010 Nia New Years Bash ~
Come to the 8th Annual Nia New Year’s Day Celebration!!!
Start off the New Years right and come join us for a Nia New Years Celebration!
The 8th Annual Nia New Year’s Day Celebration is on the Wavespell of Blue Resonant Night - Guided by Vision - a time to resonate with our abilities to channel, inspire and attune by accessing our mystical power of attunement. Blue Night represents Dreams, Abundance and Intuition. "What occurs around you and within you... reflects your own mind and shows you the dream you are weaving." - The Ywahoo Lineage. Join us!
This event is huge and a whole lot of fun, it's a Nia Jam featuring all the Greater Cincinnati Tristate Area Nia Instructors. This is a good time to give Nia a try and check out the different Nia Instructors.
Nia has been described as fun, it's passion, it's joy, it's dancing, it's artistic expression, it's like eating chocolate, but instead you are getting a work out. Come check the Nia New Years Day Celebration 2010.

Northern Kentucky’s only Pilates for Pink Studio will hold its third annual fundraiser for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation the week of October 19, 2009. The goal is to raise $500 through charitable contributions via $15.00 per person for a group reformer class or $10.00 donation for each Mat or Nia Technique class.
